We always accept applications for teller and other entry-level positions. Applications can be obtained at one of our branches and will be kept on file for six months.

Maintain and develop EFCU Information Technology capability by providing an escalated support level for complex technical issues relating to hardware and software. Prior direct experience with Fiserv Spectrum, HP-UX and HP Eloquence is REQUIRED/MANDATORY.

Oversees the administration of business critical applications including, but not limited to : Spectrum, Oracle and Pathways. Provides assistance in determining requirements for and implementing new systems and changes or upgrades to existing systems. Reviews processing procedures and updates system schedules as necessary to increase efficiency and improve operations. Assists computer users experiencing non-routine or complex computer related problems involving network hardware devices, various operating systems and a large variety of application software. Analyzes and evaluates incident reports and makes recommendations to reduce recurrence of problems. Consults with programmers or software vendors to explain software errors or to recommend changes. Tests new hardware and software configurations for usability and proper function. Provides after-hours support periodically, to answer questions and resolve problems.

Education and Training:

Two-year college or associate’s degree in Computer Science or other related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience that is determined to be directly related to the foregoing specific requirements may be substituted for the minimum requirements.
