
Edwards FCU has acquired the services of Falcon Fraud Manager to provide 24/7 fraud protection on credit cards, debit and ATM cards. This industry leading product is a software application that detects card fraud quickly and accurately, minimizing your risk exposure. The good news is that you have to do nothing but use your Edwards FCU Visa® Classic/Platinum Credit, Debit or ATM Card to be protected.
If Falcon Fraud Manager's fraud analysts suspect fraudulent activity on your credit or debit or ATM card(s), a temporary block may be placed on your account for your protection. You will receive a telephone call from the Fraud Manager's Support Call Center. If you are unavailable at the time of the call, the Call Center Representative will leave a message, provide their toll-free telephone number and ask that you return the call. If necessary, you may even receive a letter in the mail. Cardholders will have to confirm their identity. If you are uncomfortable contacting the Fraud Manager Support Center directly, the Credit Union is available to assist you during business hours. The Falcon Fraud Center is administered through CO-OP Network & Fidelity National Information Services, (formerly Certegy).
