Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older. Employees (full-time, part-time, temporary, or contract), members of the Board of Directors, and members of the Supervisory Committee of Edwards Federal Credit Union, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren – biological, step, or in-laws), are not eligible to win. Edwards Federal Credit Union reserves the right to determine eligibility and disqualify entries at its sole discretion.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must like and comment on the official giveaway post by (1) answering the question in the caption and (2) tagging a friend they would bring to the game. All steps must be completed to qualify.
Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. Participants may enter once on Facebook and once on Instagram. Multiple comments on the same platform will not increase chances of winning.
Alternatively, individuals without social media accounts may enter via the online form at https://form.jotform.com/Simon_Simonworld/edwards. Limit one (1) online entry per person per entry period.
Entry Period:
Each giveaway begins when the official post is published and ends at the date and time specified in the caption. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be announced via a social media post and must contact Edwards Federal Credit Union through direct message (DM) on the platform where they entered to provide contact details for prize fulfillment. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
To receive the prize, the winner must meet eligibility requirements, including being an Edwards Federal Credit Union member in good standing (if applicable). Eligibility will be verified after the winner contacts Edwards Federal Credit Union. Non-members are also eligible to participate where applicable.
Prize:
The winner will receive four (4) tickets to an upcoming AV Alta FC home game. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Edwards Federal Credit Union to take and share a photo for promotional purposes, including social media and digital marketing. No additional compensation will be provided.
Legal and Compliance:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved individually in the appropriate courts of California.
Liability Release:
By entering, participants agree to release Edwards Federal Credit Union and its affiliates from any liability related to participation, technical issues, or prize acceptance. Void where prohibited.
Disqualification Criteria:
Participants may be disqualified for:
- Submitting repetitive or spam entries
- Using fake accounts or misrepresenting identity
- Violating platform terms of service
- Submitting offensive or inappropriate content – Harassing other participants or contest administrators
All decisions made by Edwards Federal Credit Union are final and not subject to appeal.
General Conditions:
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or AV Alta FC. By participating, entrants release all parties from any associated liability. Edwards Federal Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in the event of technical failure, fraud, or any other unforeseen issues. Participants who engage in fraud or violate these rules will be disqualified.
